Monark CAT, also known as Monark Equipment Corporation, is a supplier of commercial and industrial machinery. This company is the sole dealer of Caterpillar (CAT) heavy equipment in the Philippines. Because their premises are used to showcase heavy equipment, like forklifts, tractors, and large generators, and they need to get more light into their office premises, this Davao-based company wanted a polished concrete floor.

Polished concrete is the most durable concrete flooring type that suits premises designed for heavy equipment. Monark asked DARIV to polish their concrete floor with a matte finish, and make it strong enough for their heavy equipment stay on or pass through. Open Access, Matina IT Park Davao City

Commercial offices in high-tech industries need a durable concrete floor with low-maintenance requirements. DARIV helped Open Access prepare their second campus at Matina IT Park, Davao, which would be seating over 200 employees. Open Access asked us to complete their polished concrete floor before their scheduled ribbon cutting and launch last November 2023. Their polished concrete floor had to be durable and well-polished to sustain the high-volume of foot traffic their concrete floor would experience daily.
