After intense hours of grinding and polishing, a concrete floor becomes glossy. This turns concrete into a light reflector, making indoors brighter and less dependent on artificial light. For this warehouse flooring, we completed the project using 800grit and stain resistant guard.
Is concrete polishing suitable for all concrete surfaces?
It is possible to polish all kinds of concrete floorings and horizontal surfaces except for certain floor conditions such as newly finished concrete floors and uneven, damaged, or extremely porous concrete floors. These kinds of flooring will need additional treatment to make them suitable for concrete polishing.
So, before we embark on this project, we’ll do a series of tests to come up with the best strategy for your upcoming polished concrete floor.
